We are located right at the end of the village of Noke on the no-through road, so just keep going until you come to our car park. The postcode will take you to the church in the middle of the village. Just pass the church on your left and keep going for another half a mile or so until you come to the Lower Farm and Oxford Country Cottages drive and car park.

Directions to Oxford Country Cottages – https://w3w.co/glorified.followers.remaking – situated just 5 miles North East of Oxford City centre on Lower Farm, at the very end of the no-through road village of Noke. On reaching Noke, go straight through to the end of the village for exactly one mile from the main road (keeping the Church on your left). You’ll know you’ve reached us when the road turns into a gravel drive and see the sign for Lower Farm & Oxford County Cottages with the car park 100m beyond, clearly signposted with three Electric Car Chargers in front of the barn. Please stop before the double gates leading into the yard.
Satnav – Your best bet is to enter ‘Noke‘ and we’re the last place in the village, you cannot go any further! Entering the postcode will take you only as far as the pond, keep going past the pond until the road turns into our gravel drive with the car park straight ahead.
Please drive slowly through our small village as the road is often used by children & animals, 20MPH is plenty and we ask you to drop that to 10MPH along our driveway as it’s also a bridleway. Please keep off the grass verges

There are two here at Oxford Country Cottages: Trinity Cottage and Magdalen Cottage. Both have large L-shaped bedrooms with kingsize double beds. Trinity Cottage has an optional single bed; Magdalen Cottage has an optional adult bunk bed. Extra beds are £50 per person per stay. A travel cot with proper mattress is available free of charge, bookable in advance
Waterperry Cottage sleeps 4 people max. The much larger Teal Cottage sleeps 4 as standard and up to six with optional additional beds. A travel cot with proper mattress is available free of charge, bookable in advance
Blenheim Cottage is our largest cottage with a master kingsize double bedroom, the second bedroom can be made up as a twin or a superking double, the third has an adult sized L-shaped bunk bed. A travel cot with proper mattress is available free of charge, bookable in advance
