RSPB Otmoor is a haven in winter for thousands of ducks, such as teal and wigeon, and in spring and summer for breeding wading birds, such as lapwings and redshanks. The reedbed hosts a spectacular starling roost during the winter months, which is well worth a visit to see.

We strongly recommend you take this unique opportunity during your stay to explore the 1000 acres on your doorstep which offers a variety of wonderful, tranquil walks, where you can listen to the unusual calls of the birds and spot plenty of frolicking hares enjoying this un-spoilt area of out-standing natural beauty.

							There are two here at Oxford Country Cottages: Trinity Cottage and Magdalen Cottage. Both have large L-shaped bedrooms with kingsize double beds.
